Mr. Timmons was appointed to the Delaware Council on Real Estate Appraisers in 2017 and served as the Chairman of that board for three years.

Mr. Timmons has earned the prestigious MAI designation (1992) and the AI-GRS designation (2015) by the Appraisal Institute, the MRICS professional designation (2007) by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. and the ASA designation (2020) by the American Society of Appraisers.
